A licensed real estate agent for 20 years, Joanna has found success in nearly every avenue in the real estate business, owning and operating both a title company and a mortgage company before becoming active in high end real estate sales in 2008. Her combination of education and experience has given her a truly comprehensive understanding of every detail necessary to ensure a successful transaction and ultimately, her clients’s satisfaction.

Specializing in the high-end homes and condominiums of Coral Gables, Brickell and the Miami Beaches, Joanna has been integral in successfully marketing and selling some of Miami’s most sought-after projects including Brickell City Centre, One Thousand Museum, the Ritz Residences of Miami Beach and the newest and most exclusice Park Grove Residences. Working with buyers, sellers and investors across the globe, her large network of clients and contacts includes some of the world’s most discerning clients in the US, Russia and South America.

Joanna attended Miami Dade Community College as well as Florida Inernational University, where she was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Originally from Puerto Rico, she is fluent in English and Spanish. A born competitor, Joanna has been recognized for her numerous accomplishments in cycling, sailing, tennis and golf. She has completed 195 hours of private pilot training and is certified in the Garmin-100 Glass Cockpit (Avionics).
